Blending Plants

Our 2 or 3 bin Blending Plants mix material from large capacity material bins onto a collection conveyor that discharges the material onto an incline conveyor where additives and dolemite or charcoal can be added. At the top of the incline conveyor material is fed into a mixer box where the material gets blended together again. After being mixed, the material is dropped onto the screenbox where the oversize material is taken off on a trash away conveyor and the blended material is collected on a conveyor mounted underneath the screenbox and fed on a material stacking conveyor. This plant is powered by a diesel/hydraulic or electric power unit mounted on the front of the chassis.

PORTABLE BLENDING PLANT

2-Bin Portable Blending Plant with extended sand hopper with a diesel/hydraulic power unit.

Special double deck screen for quick change from fine to coarse mixes

Peat hoppers include lump breakers and fluffer prior to exiting hopper to ensure uniform peat percentages. High frequency screen box to eliminate peat balls and pebbles.
