Disc Screeners

Our Disc Screener consists of a 72" wide feeder conveyor with hopper that discharges material onto a 20 rotor, 5' wide X 20' long disc screen bed which separates the oversize material from the fines. The fines are collected on a collection conveyor and fed onto the side discharge conveyor which stockpiles them. The oversize material is discharged on the tail conveyor and then stockpiled. There is a diesel/hydraulic power unit mounted at the rear of this road transportable chassis.
