Recycling Picking Lines
Our Recycling Picking Station consists of a heavy duty feeder with a 60" wide belt which discharges on a 60" wide incline conveyor that takes the material up to the screenbox. A 6' X 20' stepped deck screenbox separates all the fines from the oversize material. The fines are collected on a 40' long fines radial conveyor which stockpiles the material for dirt or cover. The oversize material is then discharged on a 24' incline conveyor that takes the material to the 60" wide, 80' long picking line. The material is then picked through and placed into drop through bins. The number of bays depends on the customers' needs; we manufacture four and five bay picking stations commonly. Clearance under the bays are 12'-6" standard. Quick setup on site is achieved by our modular construction - less than 2 days setup time. Recycle your land fill or construction and demolition material such as wood, concrete, plastics, paper and metal.
