Screeners

We manufacture a variety of screening equipment. The 516 and 616 Ball Screener have a feed hopper with or without a reject grid that feeds material onto an incline conveyor that takes the material up to a 5' X 16' or a 6' X 16' screenbox with the bottom deck having balls vibrating to keep the screen clean. The oversize and mid-grade material are taken off on two side discharge conveyors while the fines are collected and discharged from the tail conveyor. We make many custom screening plants based on the customers' needs.

Our 620 Track Scalper incorporates a 46" wide X 16' long Vibrating Grizzly Feeder with a 6' X 20' Single Deck Screenbox. Oversize and Fine Material is discharged either end from 60" wide Conveyor Belts. All components are mounted on a heavy duty chassis set on tracks.
